This role is paid at £8.95 per hour. **_Main Duties-_** + Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the jobrole + Promoting a welcoming environment + Assist in HR related duties including reviews,recruitment and payroll + To be the person on duty for the hotel whenrequired + To ensure all guest complaints are followed upand dealt with professionally and efficiently. + To upskill and develop all associates **_What do you need to apply?_** We look for enthusiasm, ability to adapt, well presented, excellent customer service skills and flexibility to work all shift patterns. It is essential you have reception experience within a hotel of similar size.
