The resort comprises 295 guest rooms, suites and villas. **Department** Working within our friendly and professional Front Office Team, this position to the Duty Manager/ Front Office Manager. **Responsibilities include and are not limited to:** + Providing all guests at the resort with asuperior, personalised and memorable experience by greeting and assistingguests with any query/requirements in a professional and timely manner + Taking ownership for any guest issues orqueries and working collaboratively with the rest of the Front Office team andother areas of the resort to resolve them in a timely and effective manner + Handling telephone queries professionally andin line with resort requirements + Ensure the guest's privacy ismaintained at all times. + Ability to work flexible rostersincluding weekends _Preferredapplicants will have valid working rights to work in Australia.
