The resort comprises 295 guest rooms, suites and villas. **Department** The Apprentice Chef position reports directly to the Chef de Partie and Executive Chef and forms part of the Kitchen team. **About You?** You will be a passionate and talented individual wanting to study a Culinary Apprenticeship and keen to gain outstanding experience in a 5* luxury resort environment. In this position you will be working with some of the best in the business who will support you to gain some excellent experience whilst supporting your learning and development. **The successful candidate will have:** + Prior experience and knowledge of A la Carte, Buffet and outdoor catering styles. (preferred) + A nature talented and creativity in the kitchen + Possess excellent communication skills and a real team playerTrue desire to succeed in this profession. + Previous 5 Star Experience in a larger kitchen brigade is highly regarded + The ability to work rotating shifts across 7 days.
