We're looking for someone who is ready to go beyond in everything they do and create memorable experiences for our guests. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to** + Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met. Complete opening and closing duties as necessary, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures. + Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests. + Assist management in training, motivating and serve as a role model. + Maintain standards of hygiene and food handling **To be successful in thesepositions you will need to possess the following minimum requirements:** + Food & Beverage or Bartending experiencewithin a 5* or high-end environment + The ability to make complex cocktails and astrong knowledge of beverage options including spirits and wines + Able to work a 7 day a week rotating roster + Previous experience essential + Immaculate grooming standards + Strong communication skills & attention todetail + Able to make good decisions + Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate ofAttainment _Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
