The role is a part time position of 30 hours. **You must be ableto work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekdays andweekends.** To successfully fill this role, you will ideally possess and demonstrate the following qualifications, behaviours, skills and values: + **Previousexperience working within a Food & Beverage or similar environment preferred** + **StrongCommunication skills (verbal, listening, writing)** + **Innovative** + **Pro-activeand reliable** + **Ableto work alone and within a team** **Educationor Certification** + Good level of Englishessential **Dutiesand responsibilities:** + **Working in our Restaurant & Bar departmentduring breakfast, lunch and dinner services** + To have full product knowledge of hotelservices/facilities, all menu items and their service, in order to maximiseguest satisfaction with each guest contact. + Take room service orders over the phone, answering any questionsregarding the menu, inputting order into appropriate system + To ensure that all mis-en-place is completedcorrectly, both prior to and after each shift, in order to maximize both guestand associate satisfaction.
