The position works with the executive committee and property leadership team to identify and address associate and organizational development needs in all area off the business. The position is responsible for ensuring effective training is in place to enable the achievement of desired business results. Training programs focus on a variety of topics including product develops training programs and facilitates the delivery of both custom and corporate training programs. The role also encompasses assisting the Human Resources Manager and the Director of Human Resources in maintaining a positive internal and external relationship with both Associate and managers and fulfilling HR Tasks and key projects including talent organization, Serve360, Employee Relations, Communications and Provide a consistent high standard of HR Support, training, design and delivery as well as administration support to the Human resources Department where required.
