The resort comprises 295 guest rooms, suites and villas. **Department** The position of Steward works within the Kitchen tam and reports directly to the Stewarding Manager: **Responsibilities** **include but are not limited to:** + Cleaning and sanitising all areas of thekitchen and food venues, ensuringthe standards for hygiene (HACCAP) are met at all times + Polish chafing dishes forbanquets, BBQ functions and prepare carving stations as required. + Set-up food venues in line withstandard requirements for buffets, BBQ functions etc + Ensuring compliance with HACCAP principles andprocedures at all times **_Preferredapplicants will require valid working rights to work in Australia._** **_Sponsorship will not be available for thisposition_** • **Tobe successful in this position you will need to possess the following minimumrequirements:** + High schoolcertificate or equivalent qualification + Good presentation, communicationskills and a fluency in English. + Previous experience in a similarrole (Preferable) + Ability to work well under pressure + Ability to work flexibily on a 7 dayrotating roster + Knowledgeof and ability to follow HACCP principles Enjoy the benefits of unlimited career opportunities, Free on-site car parking, Uniforms provided and laundered, discounted meals, active Social Club, exceptionally generous accommodation discounts at our 5 star International Hotels and Resorts Worldwide.
