That’s The JW Treatment™. **POSITION SUMMARY** An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Front Office department for a Front Office Supervisor. The role is a permanent position, 40 hours over 5 days. Main duties include: - + Developing and maintaining positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments. + Assisting management in training, scheduling, evaluating, motivating and coaching employees. + Promoting a welcoming environment. + Checking guests in and out and assisting with any queries during their stay. + Answering the telephone and directing accordingly. + Ensure all guest complaints are followed up and dealt with professionally and efficiently. + Following Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role.
