There is our relaxing Spa with multiple treatment rooms, hairdressers and a fully equipped fitness centre. 1. To manage the day to day golf operation across the department. 2. To provide a hospitable environment for all members, visitors and hotel residents. 3. To provide a high level of service to all Golf customers, to ensure that financial targets are attained and that customer satisfaction is achieved. 4. To contribute to retail policy and stock ordering, to maximize revenue potential. 5. To assist in general shop and service-related duties to ensure functioning of Golf Shop as both retail and service environment. 6. To carry out other duties as may be required to ensure the Hotel Operation is properly maintained to provide total guest satisfaction. 7. To achieve financial targets set by the DOG. 8. To help prepare financial targets and ensure maximum profitability of department. 9. To achieve designated Hotel profit margins by generating turnover against cost of sales. 10. To manage Golf associates to provide a courteous and professional service. 11. To ensure training and development of golf shop associates are carried out. 12. To ensure all statutory requirements are maintained and legal obligations met. 13. To ensure all customer expectations for service delivery are met and exceeded. 14. To set and continually monitor the golf operations standards 15. To perform all banking as required and in line with cash handling policy. 16.
