This role is salaried at £21,800. **_Main Duties-_** + Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the jobrole + Assist the Front Office Manager in administeringFront office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis. + Assist with the HR duties of the departmentincluding recruitment, performance reviews and training. + Maintain guest satisfaction scores and ensurecompliance of brand standard throughout the operations. + Empower hosts to provide excellent customerservice and understand expectations + Ensure the development of supervisors and hostsin order to promote in the future. **_What do you need to apply?_** We look for enthusiasm, ability to adapt, well presented, excellent customer service skills and flexibility to work all shift patterns. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in the guest services, front desk or related professional area as a supervisor or a manager. It is desirable to have experience within hospitality but not essential.
