JOB SUMMARY Leveraging Microsoft PowerBI and Office, and a range of HR Systems, the Manager, TA Analytics, will be responsible for delivering talent acquisition, talent planning and recruitment marketing information, analysis, forecasts and insight to support business decisions for the EMEA Continent. You will generate information from existing and new data from our HR systems, third party recruitment partners and external sources of publicly available data/information, to monitor, analyse, restructure and report to support at Hotel, Country, Area, Division and Continent levels. As a member of the EMEA Talent Acquisition, Planning and Employer Brand Team based in Central London, the TA Analytics Manager, will contribute knowledge and skill in analytics to enable Marriott International and its brands to attract, engage, educate and retain its world class talent. EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS Specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position: · Leverage data from multiple HR systems to analyze EMEA wide Talent Acquisition, Talent Planning and Recruitment Marketing performance and trends. · Support HR Leaders with insight and recommendations to improve continent, area and hotel Talent Acquisition, Talent Planning and Recruitment Marketing performance. · Develop and maintain real-time dashboards in PowerBI to provide insight for our HR leaders. · Facilitate the generation of reports in partnership with the HQ Analytics Team, from the incumbent HR Systems, and automate the input into PowerBI via Microsoft Outlook. · Strengthen PowerBI dashboards with third party vendor data via SharePoint. · Lead the monthly/quarterly COE contribution to the QBR process, focusing on quality of hire, time to fill, internal/external fulfilment, and GM hiring metrics. · Support the EMEA demand/workforce planning strategy to inform the TA, Talent Planning and Recruitment Marketing strategy. · Support the VP, TA, to produce business cases. · Manage the financial and invoicing requirements of all projects, including accounting and hotel allocation methodologies when applicable. CANDIDATE PROFILE Experience · 3-5 years’ experience in Recruiting / Human Resources in a large complex organisation. · Previous experience of talent acquisition analytics in EMEA is an advantage. · Previous experience of managing medium to large size projects and leading process improvement efforts. · Supporting COE, recruitment/HR operations and in-house recruitment functions. · Microsoft Office products, including PowerBI and Excel. · ATS and HRIS solutions. · Hospitality/Hotel experience desirable. Additional Responsibilities · Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reporting. · Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics to support the business · Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain our database systems. · Identify, analyse, and interpret trends in complex data sets. · Filter and “clean” data by reviewing online reports and performance indicators. · Locate and define new process improvement opportunities. Skills and Knowledge · Strong problem solving and Communication skills (verbal, listening, written). · Fluency in written and spoken English. · Computing and online (recruiting/HR technology, PowerBI, MS Office, social media, mobile). · Online recruiting tools (career sites, job sites, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, search engines). · Ability to deliver results and take constructive, proactive action without relying on direction. · Exercises flexibility and good judgment to accomplish goals. · Effective decision-making skills; can choose a course of action amongst options where there is uncertainty, ambiguity or risk. · Enhances personal, professional and business growth through new learning and experience. · Abili
